Lorenzo stay calm about motogp world title

before the MotoGP philip Island held, Jorge Lorenzo claimed nothing to lose about his chances on the world champion. So as he fail to get a point at Philip Island, the young Spaniniard stay calm on his seat.

Failed to points in Philip Island, making Lorenzo opportunity to be world champion became very hard, if you can even say he had lost. With two races left, it is difficult for the Spaniard came to match and then over Rossi 38 point.

But Lorenzo was not too disappointed with his chance. He just dissapointed with his big mistake that made at the beginning of the race and led the accident at the first corner.

“I am a little bit sad by this accident, not as they relate to the world champion but the because of the mistake that I did. I did not expect an accident like this will happen to me. The world title have long away past me and now I just want to concetrate ahead in two races left,” Lorenzo said after the race as reported by Crash.

Starting the race from the four place, Lorenzo lost his position after Nicky Hayden and Mika Kallio taking over. Trying to get back his position, he was involve in quite terrible accident at the first corner after hit the back of Hayden’s Ducati.

Unable to turn to the right, Lorenzo and then lost control and fell to the asphalt. He was dragged several hundred feet and rolled several times before landing on the rough gravel.

“It’s entirely my fault, I was wrong to calculate the distance of the track and Nicky braked earlier than I expected, and I hit him. I think I’ll get through it, but I damaged the front brake too when I tried to put the brakes on the corner. I can not do it and my back tire slid wide. I apologize to Nicky because I make his opportunity dissapear,” said Lorenzo.

One thing that Lorenzo grateful that there was no serious injury that he get from this accident. Despite falling in the high speed and had rolled over several times on the gravel, he only suffered a minor cut in several parts of the body.

“I’m having some problems at my nose and fingers, but this condition could be worse. This is what can happen in racing, although I was disappointed with this race, the most important thing is that I did not experience serious injury,” added 22- year MotoGP racer.
