Rossi pole in le mans french motogp 2010
Valentino Rossi will start from pole position at the lemans French MotoGP. His Team mate in the Fiat Yamaha, Jorge Lorenzo, will start from second position after the time outperform Dani Pedrosa of Honda.
Rossi took pole position the last minute qualifying session on Saturday (22/05/2010). With about two minutes remaining, he get one minute 33.408 seconds that can not be beat by his rivals.
Lorenzo who now in the top championship point with four points a head of Rossi was also reveals a good chance to get a nice result in the race later after took the second position.
While Pedrosa had to start in the top three after his record time slightly from Lorenzo. Actually, he had recorded the fastest time in the last minute of this session, but his record then beat the Yamaha rider.
Meanwhile, 2007 MotoGP world champion Casey Stoner will start the race in Le Mans on Sunday (05/23/2010), from the four positions. Before this, the Ducati rider has not looked impressive in two early series that is still in strugliing to get the championship point.
Nicky Hayden makes just a little difference time record from his teammate in Ducati, Stoner, and will start in fifth position. Randy de Puniet from LCR Honda completing the second row starting position by making the sixth fastest time.
