Here is Yamaha M1 2011 wallpaper! Team Yamaha introduces new colors for the YZR-M1 for 2011 season. They change the color from white and blue in 2010 into blue and black for this season

This events, introduction of new colors YZR-M1 Yamaha was conducted in a press conference before a test session in Sepang, Malaysia, on February 22 to 24.

Unlike last season, the YZR-M1 Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies more featuring blue combined with black, plus a mixture of shades of white. All of them are shades of color from manufacturer Yamaha. You can download the wallpaper below.

Lorenzo win the silverstone motogp series 2010

Jorge Lorenzo maintain his position at the top of the MotoGP championship. These results he achieved after he won the MotoGP seilverstone series.

With the victory at Silverstone Circuit on Sunday (20/06/2010) night local time, Lorenzo successfully maintained his position at the standings with 115 points. Meanwhile, beneath which appears the name of Andrea Dovizioso collecting 78 points.

Lorenzo himself appear dominant. He was overtaken from the beginning to the end of the race and successfully won this series with up to six seconds advantage over the opponent behind him.

Dovizioso, who also appears as the runner-up in this British MotoGP, after took Dani Pedrosa position. Pedrosa himself was only able to finish at number eight. While the third position in this race was claimed by Ben Spies. For Tech 3 Yamaha rider, the success of the third mean the first MotoGP podium for him.

Lorenzo who appeared as the leading rider, started the race well. He had a duel with Pedrosa, but managed to leave him at the first corner. Meanwhile, Randy de Puniet, Dovizioso and Nicky Hayden in a row behind them.

Jorge Lorenzo took pole position after beating Randy de Puniet in the last minute qualifying session. Meanwhile, Dani Pedrosa had an incident, toppled from his motorcycle.

With a time of two minutes 3.308 seconds, Lorenzo won this session at Silverstone on Saturday, and will to start on pole position in the race tomorrow.

The Spaniard, which is leading the standings, was involved tight battle with de Puniet and finnaly can beat his rival best lap in the last sector.

De Puniet’s latest attempt to seize the pole end is failed because he had a crash and had to end the session by walking. But at least he will start second with only 0.126 seconds behind Lorenzo.

Pedrosa had a bad luck in qualifying session was because of incidents at the end of the session. He was thrown from his motorcycle, and got injured. He even need help from the medical team to leave an arena. His Honda suffered damage due to hit the guardrail.

Pedrosa Teammate, Andrea Dovizioso, ranked fourth, followed in succession by Nicky Hayden, Casey Stoner, Ben Spies, Marco Melandri, Marco Simoncelli, and Colin Edwards.

Dani Pedrosa beat Jorge Lorenzo in the Italian MotoGP qualifying session at Mugello Circuit. And Pedrosa will start from pole position

2010 France MotoGP race are becoming the show of Fiat Yamaha team rider. Untouched by other rider since the beginning, Jorge Lorenzo finaly beat Valentino Rossi.

At the Le Mans race circuit on Sunday (23/05/2010), Lorenzo becoming a champion with a record time 44 minutes 29.114 seconds, on 28 laps. He was five seconds ahead of Rossi who had to settle for second place.

Rossi was in front after the race started, securing his position as a pole position. But he kept being followed by Lorenzo, who with his aggressive style continues to put pressure on The Doctor.

The duel between them began to happen very strict on the seventh lap, where Lorenzo Rossi had followed two consecutive times at close range, but the defending champions wont give up.

Casey Stoner take the first place in free practice 1 session Qatar MotoGP. while the two Fiat Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi are in the second place and the third place.

Stoner, who was also champion at the Losail during the last three seasons, appears dominant from the beginning to finally get the fastest time with 1 minute 55.5 seconds, as recorded on the official MotoGP site.

Yamaha recorded a great result in the test at Sepang last week. But Ducati rider Casey Stoner not worried about yamaha appearance.

Fiat Yamaha rider Valentino Rossi appeared to dominate the two-day test at Sepang. Meanwhile, Jorge Lorenzo, Rossi team mate managed to finish in third position on the second day. The Spainiard success to improve the appearance of his first day where he finish fifth.

Meanwhile duo Monster Tech 3 Yamaha team, Colin Edwards and a rookie Ben Spies also have a great performance. Edwards’s best achievement was finishing third (first day), while Spies is the fifth (second day).

Ducati rider Casey Stoner claimed he did not to worried about Yamaha neat performance in Malaysia. “They look good. But every year they do look good in here (Sepang), was for us this place is like Achilles,” Stoner said as quoted by Motorcycle News.

In Greek mythology, Achilles was a hero in the Trojan war. But he has a weakness in the heel of his foot. Stoner could be likened to Ducati as a hero, but almost always fail to display the best in Sepang.

“We did note a good test results and the race results are good at Sepang. But here we are having more difficulty than in other circuits,” Stoner said which he got a runner-up position in first and second.

Stonner admitted that he is happy with his achievements in test sessions in Malaysia. He believes in subsequent tests, his team will find a good setup for his bike on the entire season.

“Last season, the bike can perform a maximum result at some circuits and have difficulty in other circuits. But now I think this bike is better,” Stoner said.

“I believe that this bike package would be a better way to deal with the whole season, not just good at one or two circuits alone,” added 24-year-old driver was.

Rossi Still Leads

Valentino Rossi is still showing his power. the Fiat Yamaha rider is recorded the fastest lap time during second day testing, which is the last day test in Sepang.

After leading the first day, Thursday (4/2/2010), Rossi returned to lead on the second day. It noted the Italian’s best time of 2 minutes and 0.925 seconds with YZR-M1 bike on the last day of testing at Sepang circuit, Friday (5/2/2010).

“We have been working with the new bike to get the right setting and I am pleased to be the fastest man on overall test. Although this is only a test but it was important for me,” Rossi said as reported by Auto Sport.

Rossi back to beat his rivals from Ducati team, Casey Stoner by 0.395 seconds. Meanwhile, Rossi team mate, Jorge Lorenzo had to settle in third position with a record time after 2 minutes and 1.680 seconds.

Repsol Honda rider Dani Pedrosa was in forth position and Ben Spies occupies fifth position in this test. The second day of this test the riders hampered by pouring rain, so the test is done an hour earlier than planned.

Ben Spies is not to worry abut his weight

Ben spies now have 70 kilograms weight. With that kind of weight Ben Spies is becoming the “the heavy gang” riders in MotoGP this season. But he admitted that he is not worry about his weight.

When compared with Valentino Rossi (64 kilograms), Spies weight is not far adrift. But if compare with Casey Stoner, Jorge Lorenzo and Dani Pedrosa, the difference can reach 10-20 pounds.

This condition concern Spies. “The weight makes me nervous. I plan to lose weight as much as one or two pounds for this season,” said this U.S. motoGP riders.

Even so, Spies feel that reducing weight is not the most important thing he should do to face this season.

“In MotoGP, my weight problem is not the main problem and I do not focus on this now,” said 25-year-old riders.

The Superbike 2009 world champion confidence could be related to his achievement on finishing seventh in his debut at the Valencia GP last season.

“I was in the same bike with the other riders. If we take a look on my top speed achievement in Valencia, I think with this weight I was quite aerodynamic,” he claims.
