yamaha success not only because the bike
Since the 800 cc era, Yamaha always beat Honda and Ducati. According to Ben Spies, the success is not merely because the Japanese manufacturers have always had a competitive bike.
After Casey Stoner at the 2007 world champion with Ducati, the last two seasons is taken over by Valentino Rossi and Yamaha. In the year 2009 Yamaha was even more dominant after placing Jorge Lorenzo in the runner up position.
Success Yamaha world champion constructors and drivers are likely to occur again in this motogp 2010. YZR-M1′s most impressive show throughout the winter testing session with Valentino Rossi, Ben Spies, Colin Edwards and Jorge Lorenzo is always easily enter the top five positions fastest riders.
From the six-day trial held winter, only one in which Yamaha failed to place as the fastest riders. Remarkably again, throughout the test session Yamaha Riders was never out of the top 10 positions.
And from Ben Spies point of view is not only because the bike. Another thing that makes the team triumphed is the presence of great people in it.
“Every team has its own time. Honda already has time and Ducati are also very nice to see what is special Casey Stoner was given to them.” I think the Yamaha is doing a good job today and the Riders always look up to now, “said Spies in MCN.
Another Yamaha obvious advantage is the riders. Though not yet able to subdue Rossi, with two world championship 250 cc Lorenzo believed to be a world champion in the next few seasons.
Spies, who will defend Yamaha Tech 3, also appriciate the work of other team members for their major contribution to the success.
“You can see all the Yamaha rider great talent, so it was not just the bike. With such teams, riders and engineers in one package, they can look good on all the tracks,” close the former Superbike champion.
